Acts 7: 59 And they stoned Stephen, calling upon the Lord , and mocking Stephen by saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
60 And so he, Stephen, knelt down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.
…and so we too “fall asleep” waiting for the Coming Glory because we who believe, cannot die but remain Safe in the Bosom of Abraham and await his Glory.
