This is repeated in the Book of Job as well as the famous 23rd Psalm.
Job, which is considered one of the earliest books written. In it, after all his trials Job praises the Lord saying “He covers the face of his thrown and spreads his cloud over it. And drews a horizon on the face of the waters as there is no boundary of light and darkness, to Him”.
